La Villa Terracotta
The main asset of La Villa Terracotta is its openness to the outdoors.
With a ground floor area of 80 m², complemented by a mezzanine of approximately 15 m², the villa is a true invitation to live outside and enjoy its outdoor spaces. You can easily move from the living-dining room to the 30 m² terrace, which extends into the 200 m² garden.
The view of the Caribbean Sea, the island of Saint Lucia to the south of Martinique, and the Diamond Rock is ever-present, whether you're indoors or outdoors.

You'll feel like diving into the deep blue as you enter La Villa Terracotta’s bathroom, with its mosaic of blue-toned tiles.
You'll be comfortable in the spacious walk-in shower, and enjoy the hot water provided by the solar water heater.
You can also take advantage of the outdoor shower — perfect after a day at the beach, a hike, or simply whenever you feel like it.
Complimentary toiletries are provided, including artisanal soaps and shampoo made locally, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen oil crafted on the neighboring island of Guadeloupe.

Low season (May 1 to June 30, September 1 to November 30
(except the All Saints' Day holidays)):
- based on 2 people: 100 euros/night
- based on 3 people: 120 euros/night
- based on 3 to 5 people: 140 euros/night
High season (December 1st to April 30th):
- based on 2 people: 130 euros/night
- based on 3 people: 150 euros/night
- based on 3 to 5 people: 170 euros/night
*: - 80 euros end-of-stay cleaning fee extra
- tourist tax fee extra (paided to the Urban Community of the South Martinique Area)
